The salesman, Gerald, promised us delivery and installation in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed, we called customer service and they told us it would be more like 6-8 weeks. At that point we asked for our money back because we felt they had lied to us. They said they could not refund the money, the contract was ""solid"" and they did not need to refund our money. They said to contact Gerald. After several attempts to talk with him, he called back , said there had been a miscommunication. He said he was busy with other customers and did not like being disturbed with our phone calls. He told us he had wanted us to get the ""good"" installers. Seems they have a good team of installers and a not good team. Lucky us. After many, many phone calls to Gerald and customer service the final outcome is we cannot have our money back and the windows will get installed in seven weeks, probably by the not so good team. I wish I could give them no stars at all.
