After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. The salesman, Gerald, promised us delivery and installation in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks had passed, we called customer service and they told us it would be more like 6-8 weeks. At that point we asked for our money back because we felt they had lied to us. They said they could not refund the money, the contract was ""solid"" and they did not need to refund our money. They said to contact Gerald. After several attempts to talk with him, he called back , said there had been a miscommunication. He said he was busy with other customers and did not like being disturbed with our phone calls. He told us he had wanted us to get the ""good"" installers. Seems they have a good team of installers and a not good team. Lucky us. After many, many phone calls to Gerald and customer service the final outcome is we cannot have our money back and the windows will get installed in seven weeks, probably by the not so good team. I wish I could give them no stars at all.
