The customer service here is a joke.. I had THE WORST experience here ever. Four girlfriends and I planned a day in Catalina to do a snorkling/dolphin adventure through Catalina Divers Supply. We purchased a Groupon for it, and made reservations a month in advance. We got to the hut on the pier at about 1:00 (our reservations were at 1:30). The same guy with curly hair that is mentioned in a below post, whose name is Roger, gave us a very cold greeting when we walked in. They couldn't find our reservation, and then informed us that they were running ""very behind schedule"" and could take us out for a partial trip at 4 pm. We weren't really wanting to wait that long, so we were trying to work with him on another arrangement. He was very, very rude telling us that we had attitudes (when we were just disspointed customers) and that there was nothing he could do. He offered to rent us snorkling gear in exchange for our Groupons. Except the snorkling gear costs $8 an hour to rent and the Groupon was $42. He asked if we had been drinking, we said we each had one drink on the boat, and he preceded to tell us how incredibly stupid we are (after I had told him two of us are certified lifeguards..) and asked us if we had heard of Natalie Holloway - how is that relevant?? When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me that the manager had the day off but he was assistant manager so I was ""lookin at him."" Horrible.. His attitude ruined our whole day, and I would NOT SUGGEST anyone else goes there.\r
