Obviously the other review was written by someone affiliated with the wax center. I had a horrible experience from the start. Even before my wax began, I was being told about the different prepayment membership options (which continued after the wax). The wax itself hurt more than any bikini wax I have had, and she only spent about three minutes with me. Some hair is still left and my bikini line is uneven. My line is bright red now.
After the wax, the promotion continued as the provider said: ""I'll see you in three weeks!"" followed by a push from the receptionist to book another appointment. Then, the provider grabbed a product off of the shelves and placed it on the reception counter, as if I had already agreed to purchasing it!
I could deal with the constant hounding about their product and prepayment plans if the wax had been decent. However I found the entire experience to be downright awful. I will not be back.
