We had a 10-12noon appointment to fix a dishwasher. Called my son at 10:45. Asked if the guy had arrived. He said no. Called Randy. He says he banged on the door as the dog barked but no response. Was understandably upset. Told him my son is there and he says no one came. Then Randy, disappointed that no one answered, retorted with 'this is bull.., if you think I enjoy traveling to peoples homes, etc...go find someone else! Click. My son claims he may have been in the shower..backside of our home. We both lost on that exchange. Understand his frustration. People do make mistakes is a lesson he seems to have discarded..
