Unfortunately I have had a very dissatisfying experience with this agency. Their punctuality, professionalism and overall standards of customer care is severely lacking. Too bad for a company based solely on helping individuals as a ‘middle man’ for insurance purposes. There was multiple times I had to actually contact the insurance company themselves to get to the bottom of issues that should have been handled by Rullo Agency. more

Worst Agent Mike Rullo 2/21/2016

This guy Mike Rullo kept asking when i signed up for insurance about my sisters driving history record, I wasnt her. It made me uncomfortable, then my ex got in an accident and the bad cop in rennselaer said it was no fault but my exs insurance went up. Plus the woman who hit my ex used to be married to the cop so it was a conflict of interest and my ex got scrued his insurance went way up. Bottom line mike rullo made me uncomfortable talking about my sisters driving history, since i am not her, more
