From reading your article, I have found many issues with it. \r
1. Why would you wait so very long for service?\r
2. If everyone in the past year that you have spoken with about the establishment told you it was bad, then why would you go?\r
3. I believe that most people who have any common sense would merely leave when they have been ignored. \r
4. There is always a manager on duty and if you had truly asked for one, they would have spoken with you.\r
5. I have been to both establishments many times, and have been treated very well and enjoyed the atmosphere. Maybe you should try some of the ""finer"" places to have your draft beer and rum and diet, it seems you just felt out of place.\r
