Glendalough Manor double booked a room that was supposedly caused by a technical glitch. However, they changed my contract before notifying me to see what was acceptable to me. Instead, I received an email indicating my contract has been modified and after speaking with them about my concerns, they quickly refund my $. They were neither remorseful nor, attempted to save me as a customer. Now, I am still receiving invoices via email and the event planner is not returning my calls to address invoices on a cancelled contract.
