As if my first attempt was not bad enough by telling me its not his problem I have debt...just pay my bill now and hung up on me. 2nd phone call...Said he had no idea why he was charging me interrest and would not stop interrest from occuring on my account while my insurance was verifying my bill. When I asked to speak to his manager he said there was'nt one and in the same breath said his name was ""Mr. Brent"" and refused to give me a first name. Said I was only good enough to know his last name, and hung up on me. 3rd phone call...I asked for his name he would not give it to me then told me to pay my ""Fing"" bill. By now Im very angry and am on call #4 to try to settle this problem. Simply asked him for his name again when he tells me to ""F"" off and that he is through with my phone calls. I spoke to the same person every time and he said it wasnt him. WOW what a joke. I have reported this co. to the BBB along with others and to the Dr. office that use this fraudulant, crazy, scam of a so called company. BE WARE!! Do NOT send payment to them!
