I have this service because when I signed on, it was the only service available in Rochdale, but it his horrible. Every time the wind blows or it rains, the service goes out. They said that when they converted to digital, this would no longer happen, but they have converted and it still happens! If service goes out on the weekend, you are out of service until Monday morning. \r
Their customer service is non-existent. No one admits to being a manager and the owners - hey, who knows who they are! Yhe technicians are always ""out in the field"" and cannot be reached. Really? I've been to the office and heard them talking with technicians, but if you call in, they can't be reached! \r
Their old cable boxes cost $40 and we were told we would be reimbursed if they ever converted. Now they're converting, but no one has any record of the original agreements. How convenient! Why would I pay them $25 a box for a new cable box (that they claim will be reimbursed if you terminate services), when they have such poor service! I'm done. I'll just buy a converter from BestBuy and get local channels. The new channels are all music stations in foreign languages anyway - yep, over 50 of them!\r
STAY AWAY FROM PRIVATE NETWORK CABLE, and make sure you never accept their combined package, because then you won't have cable, internet or telephone service!
