Tires - Service Level 8/8/2011

Ordered tires from Sears on July 26th. Sears clerk stated tires would arrive in 3-5 days. Never received a call to let me know they were delivered. I had to call them on Aug 8th. Tires still in warehouse in New Jersey. It appears tires were never ordered.... Bad customer service and it appears the team at the service center is a little clueless about the reasons why - they suggested I called their warehouse to find the reason why - I said I didn't buy them from their warehouse, I bought them from the service center and it's your responsibility to fullfil my order. Really poor customer service level - no initative or interest on the behalf of the customer (at least in my situation) more
