Tires - Service Level 8/8/2011

Ordered tires from Sears on July 26th. Sears clerk stated tires would arrive in 3-5 days. Never received a call to let me know they were delivered. I had to call them on Aug 8th. Tires still in warehouse in New Jersey. It appears tires were never ordered.... Bad customer service and it appears the team at the service center is a little clueless about the reasons why - they suggested I called their warehouse to find the reason why - I said I didn't buy them from their warehouse, I bought them from the service center and it's your responsibility to fullfil my order. Really poor customer service level - no initative or interest on the behalf of the customer (at least in my situation) more

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE CENTER!! BEWARE!!!! 12/17/2008

I left my Jeep with this service center and ended up with a blown engine. Because of their bad workmanship and/or bad part I have a Jeep with new tires and maintenence I cannot drive. They installed a new radiator that busted while I was driving and caused my head gaskets to be blown . Antifreeze is in the block of the engine so I need it completely replaced. They are refunding money spent at their service center but will not take respnosibilty of replacing the motor. BEWARE!!!!!!! more
