My brother-in-law lives at Bethesda Gardens. I'm' not there all the time, but when I have been there they have been most helpful. They try to go out of their war to make things comfortable, and for people that need that kind of service it would be an excellent place to go. The people in the office, every time I go talk to them and explain things to them they will take care of it. For example, my brother-in-law mentioned wanting exercise equipment, so they got some, and put a TV in there too. For another gentleman they got a pool table. If somebody mentions something, if they can get it, and it's feasible, they're going to try.
For the service they offer for people who need it, Bethesda Gardens is an excellent place for them to go. The family doesn't have to worry either, as someone is there to call 911 or something like that. I will say that it is very expensive, and a lot of families can't afford it, but they can help with the paperwork and the VA, as well as who else to call to get it accomplished and make is so much easier. They are very helpful, and if I had to go there I would.
