If there was a zero rating this animal hospital and how they handled my situation deserves a zero rating. We purchased (and had purchased several cans before) of the ID dog food in a can. Our last purchase was less than 2 weeks ago for 6 cans. Sadly our beloved wheaten passed away this week. We took the cans back expecting a refund and were told we could get a credit. It was explained what had happened and handled with very little sensitivity, what the heck am I going to do with a credit? An attitude was also quite apparent. Not wanting to make a scene as others were in the room I left with my cans and will donate to a dog organization. I am truly amazed at how this was handled -maybe if I bring the euthanasia report they will rethink it. Interesting enough, we had also purchased dog food in a can from Red Bandanna and NO PROBLEM no questions asked were able to return it for a refund.
