I have been a member of Direct Buy for over 20 years. I find the reviews I've read hard to believe. My Daughter and her Husband also joined ten years ago. I have purchased furniture, carpeting, window treatments, small gifts for weddings and Christmas and I have always found the prices to be a LOT less than retail. My last purchase was a double oven and a glass cooktop. They are both Kitchenaid and I DEFINITELY paid less than retail. I was surprised at that as appliances are sometimes the same or if on sale, can be less in the store. The furniture on my patio is all from DB as are the couches in my TV room. I love DB and will always be a member. It's hard to understand how all of these people are so dissatisfied. You can compare prices before joining. I don't see any scamming at all. There really is no worst for me to comment on. You can't beat the prices at Direct Buy on most things.
