We ate at Pampas Grill over year go and tried it again last night. It remains our favorite low-priced steak restaurant in Spring Branch. The prices are mostly under $15 even for good cuts and entrees comes with two sides and its BYOB with $5 corking fee. I had rib eye and she had the flank with roquefort cheese. They both were somewhat over done, but not too much. We had salad and veggies for sides, both good. Service was excellent. The downsides are its location in a non-descript strip center and the hot dining room. But, its small price to pay for really good South American style steaks and low prices. Lots of locals eat there. Also has a small grocery section with S.A. products.
