I was driving by Higley and Guadalupe last week and saw a new Rancho de Tia Rosa (Tia Rosa) and I was unaware that it had opened. We knew it was coming, but it opened in Oct. of 2011, and we had know idea. Anyway we tryed it out last night, and had a great time. We sat in a booth and Tia Rosa's have the best booths. This new location has a lot more booths that the original location on Mckellips. The decor is bright and very festive. Our server was Frankie, and he was a cool guy and very helpful. We are very familiar with the menu, buy he sugested that we try the shrimp quesadilla. It was amazing. After dinner we went into the bar area to have a cocktail, and talked with Sean and David. 2 of the coolest guys ever. They sold us on this skittle shot. It is so good, a must try for everone. We will be back soon!!
