This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I booked a romantic package, ""A Night to Remember"". Suppopsed to be a night for two in a romantic Spa Suite,Dinner for two at the Crossings, Champagne on ice with chocolate hugs and kisses, breakfast for two delivered to our room, turn down service with a long stem rose on the pillow, and complimentary welcome beverage.
They put us in a regular room, NO Champagne, NO rose, NO chocolate, NO turndown, NO breakfast delivered.
It took us 3 complaints to the front desk, and until 8:30 that night to even get in the room choice we had booked..
Even after all the failures on thier part, they charged my card. $233.40 for that horrible sevice..
The only bright side was the dinner at The Crossings.
I will never trust these people again, and nor should you. They totally suck.
