Be very careful when you buy things from this store. If you buy anything before a storm, you can not return it. There are more than 40,000 people in Harford County without power and you can't return hammers, screwdrivers, flashlights, batteries, extension chords, etc. You can't return a hammer because it ""could be"" used to board up doors or windows. You can't return an extension chord because it ""could be"" used for a generator. I was told that these items couldn't be returned because people were buying them ""just in case"" and the shelves were bare because people were hoarding. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't all of the emergency preparation documents tell you to buy things ""just in case"" you need them for the storm? Very poor! The manager said the owners created this return policy and it will be used now and in the future. I know when I went in there was no sign saying this was their policy. Save yourself lots of time and aggravation... go to a store that honors their customers and return policy!
