Service was quick and seems to have been effective.
However, we had to be rescheduled because tech missed first appointment.
In addition , tech did not remove the dryer vent duct properly which caused it to break. Furthermore, the tech didn't notify me of the duct damage, I found it out after they left and I tried to use the dryer.
RESPONSE FROM Dalworth Clean:
"We contacted the customer and provided satisfactory compensation for the initial problems that we had. The customer was pleased with this resolution."
