I have been using Dalworth for years and always get excellent results. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Worst

Average - carpet still has several stains in the den - could have used more focus. The person that came seemed rushed and wanted to leave - I think he was starving.

horrible job 9/14/2012

It is a family owned small business. They didn't show up on the appointment date. Don't response your calls after they took your money. The work they have done is not that bad but it doesn't worth the price they charged. I will suggest people who want better service stay away from them. more

Overall OK, but not great. 8/31/2011

Paid for the deluxe service - but the carpets under the beds were not vacuumed or cleaned and there is a "crunchy" residue left behind - I am afraid that dirt will stick to the carpets now. Also - there is an odor left that smells like dirty feet - getting better with time but still noticeable today. more
