1) They did not plastic Wrap my COUCHES although they said they would
2) Damages to Couch while delivery
3) Damages include Tear of couch due to Friction & wall..
4) 3 guys showed up, One was damn LAZY.. 2 People were real hardworking.
5) I Provided them with FREE BREAKFAST & LUNCH (felt so much for the weight they lift)
