Howie always does a great job! I have had several experiences with ABC Collision due to people rear-ending me on three different occasions. Every time, Howie has handled it for me. He makes sure to get me new parts and even though the insurance pays for repairs, he has never seemed like the type to try to get more money out of his customers. He has always been upfront with me and gives me a fair estimate. He is a very honest and open person. I give him an A+!
The only feedback I can think to give him is that I really wish he stayed open past 5pm during the week, so that working people could get in to see him too. I know he's a family man, but it would be nice if he could stay open until 7pm on weekdays, that would give people plenty of time after work to get over to his shop!
