I had to fix both of my vehicles within four days & they had them both done in a timely fashion the customer. The bodywork was beautiful both my vehicles came out looking brand-new I would definitely recommend them to friend more

These guys were great for me on a pretty major repair. They handled all back and forth with the insurance so I didn't have to deal with that at all. Howie kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a big job (doors, panels, side airbag..) The car looks better than before the accident. Highly recommended! more

I came to ABC collision with a damaged right side. horizontal scratches running from the middle of the front door to the brunt of the damage on the rear fender. I was quoted a price that was reasonable. I saw where the work would be done and the men who do the work. most important to me, i was given a time of completion. they delivered good work and they did it on time. more

Ok where to begin .... First and foremost I got my baby (Toyota 4Runner) back today after a month ... She is gorgeous and looks better than before the accident ... Second I owe it all to the most amazing body shop (ABC collision on Utica ave), owner and friend Howie Horowitz ...as always the greatest job possible .. I've recommended Abc Collision several times. I've been using them for about eight years, and they've been very good to me. I think they're honest, reliable and excellent. I hear so many horror stories about repair shops, but at Abc Collision, they're good guys! They do the job they say they're going to do, and there's no hassle. They're accommodating if you want to change the date or time. What I also like is they are always available to talk on the phone if I have any questions. Recently, they interceded with the insurance company on my behalf, and they were able to get me a settlement I wasn't able to get on my own. I only have praise for what they do! more

I'm not one to take the time to write reviews, but my treatment by Steven and Howie at ABC collision was too extraordinary not to share. Their honesty alone will keep me a loyal customer of this establishment. My 2013 Audi was in another body shop for damage to the undercarriage but the estimate sounded very high and I would have to use my insurance to pay which I wanted to avoid if possible. I called Howie to explain and he arranged for the car to be transferred to his shop. He called me the next day and told me his estimate and it was literally a quarter of the price!! The other body shop was trying to change parts that didn't even have to be changed and foot the bill to my insurance company. Not only did Howie tell me this but he also insisted on picking me up from my job and bringing me to the shop so I can see what was and wasn't damaged. How's THAT for honesty! I avoided an insurance claim and had the car fixed perfectly. They also picked me up from work when my car was ready and brought me to their shop to pick up the car.. Who does this anymore??? I highly recommend these guys as they are top notch businessmen, a competent repair shop, as well as real nice guys.. more

When my colleague at work recommended Howie to me ,little did I know he was going to give me the utmost of satisfaction.I was skeptical about how good my truck was going look since it was a 2013 Nissan pathfinder with lots of damage from the driver side all the way to the rear .Howie just calmed me down since I was a little hysterical in regards to insurance issues,he actually called himself to report the claim ,got Enterprise to pick me up and got my rental same day.This is awesome I said to my husband and friends.well to cut a long story short after a few days he called and told me how things were looking and within a week my truck was fixed .It looked like brand new again believe me his guys detailed my truck so well that it was unbelievable!!!!Howie and your guys I appreciate the tireless efforts you all put in my truck.God bless. more

This was the first time I had occasion to use Abc Collision. They were recommended to me through my mechanic, and everything was satisfactory. The proprietor, the man in charge, was very experienced and knowledgeable. I trusted him to do a good job. He was honest. The impression I got was they got the work done as quickly as possible, which was a concern of mine. I took them at their word. There was a slight delay because of a part they needed to order. I was hoping to get the car back quicker, but it was okay. I was satisfied with the overall job. Abc Collision takes care of you. They know what has to be done, and they guide you through the process. It makes things easier because most people don't have the experience to know what needs to be done. more

I was involved in a hit and run by a heroin addict! I was so worried and confused about the process. The management was fantastic! Howard and Steve walked me thorough it with kid gloves. My wife and I had problems with the insurance company Progressive! They helped us out. They did all the leg work and when I came to pick up my truck it looked like it was brand new..... It looks like there was never any damage done. Love these guys. I was recommended to these guys from another customer who lives in LI by me. Didn't really want to drive to Brooklyn. But the drive is worth it!!!!!! I would recommended them to all no matter where the person lives. LI places don't live up to these Brooklyn guys.... Thanks Craig Darren more

My service guy recommended Abc Collision to me. That is where he gets all his work done, so I trusted his opinion. I had them paint the front bumper on my Mercedes Benz. They did a job well done. All of the people were professional and great at communicating. Everything that they told me they would do was exactly what they did. The time frame they gave me was on point, so they were able to take my car when they told me to drop it off, and the work was ready by the time they told me to pick it up. They did a beautiful job. The paintwork was consistent with the rest of the car. You could not tell the difference between what was newly painted and what was not. I was very happy with their service, and I would 100% recommend them more

ABC was recommended by a friend who is a perfectionist and was raving about the repair on his Mercedes so I decided to use them to repair my Audi S4. When I picked up my car, I was astounded at how perfect the repair was. The silver paint was a perfect match - the body work was flawless. The two owners Steve and Howie take a lot of pride in doing a perfect repair job and it definitely shows. Plus - they're the nicest guys :) more
