We could not believe how quickly our entire central heat and air system was installed. I called Cogburn's mid afternoon on Friday, and Byron himself answered my call. Byron was at our home for a free in home estimate within the hour, and we don't even live in Denton! The estimate was a third less than another estimate we received, and came with a ten year warranty! The unit was installed the very same night, and the crew that came to put it in were very professional, and explained everything we needed to know! Byron called on Sunday to see how everything was working our for us! We still can't get over the fact that this day and age that there is a business that is run so smoothly and set on a firm foundation of honesty and hard work! Five stars Cogburn's!
