Bought a whirlpool cabrio dryer 10 months ago. Worked for 7 months. Has had 4 service calls in the last three months - ALL FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! Each time the repair tech comes out he fixes it and it breaks 3 - 4 days later. Each time it breaks it takes another 2-3 weeks to get another repair appt - for the same problem they didn't fix the first time. They refuse to replace dryer, just keep repairing it. Dryer cost almost $1000 - this is ridiculous. Dealing with these people is a nightmare. Would give them no stars if that were option. more
