I couldnt imagine that there is a worse utility company out there. The bill arrives after the late charges are already added. You cannot pay online, over the phone, or even at the company with a credit or debit card. I have moved several times since the tornados in april 2011 and there is a very noticeable price difference in varies areas. My bill has gone from $60 in one neighborhood to $15 in another with no change in household use. I have called the walker county commissioner about other issues with this awful company but it turns out the directer of the water company works side by side with the commissioner as county planner. This company is corrupt and will charge inappropriate fees to turn on your water and if you miss a payment, beware, there is no grace period.
