My wife found this so called TV repair person online and called her to look at our 65"" mitsubishi flat screen TV because white dots started to appear on the screen. After a quick look ""Mary Pape"" said she had to rebuild the motor for $500 and wanted $280 upfront wich was paid to her that moment. after 1 month of back and forth calling she told us that it was impossible for her to repair because the manufacturer does not make parts for that tv anymore and would return my parts with a full rufund. another month later she dropped off a money order for $60 and said she would have to do another job to get the rest of my money. Then she told me that i would have to pay shipping costs of $60. NO WAIT!!! It gets better! then for FIVE MONTHS AND COUNTING, ""Mary Pape"" schedualed numerous meetings with me and never showed, and when i called her because she was 2 hours late she turned her phone off!! She even told me twice that she couldnt get a ride and thats why she didnt show. Now im starring at a 65"" blank TV with no motor and isnt worth a nickle wich used to be my pride and joy. This is a poor business person with no moral values, if she even is a legit business. I will do my best to get her investigated so she cant do this to anyone else so dont wast your time or money on this one please. See you in court mary.
