This company has failed me time and time again. Charter communications internet simply does not work. I would estimate that the internet is up 10% of the time. I currently pay for the highest service they can possibly provide and I receive next to nothing for my hard earned money. I could not be more appalled by the incompetence that every Charter employee I've encountered has exhibited. I have had numerous technicians visit and been told the same thing ""It appears your wiring was damaged and has now been repaired. I also changed your modem for you."" Every single time the internet was down shortly after his/her departure. I am not exaggerating any of this information in any way. If you endeavor to obtain this company's service and pay them then I feel sorry for you because misery is imminent. My business requires 24/7 internet, and that is something that Charter has NEVER been able to even approach in my experience with their service. I HIGHLY recommend that you stay as far away from this pathetic excuse for a company as you can.
