I am surprised to see that more people have had the same experience as me -- this is not a child friendly place, so sadly I am taking it off the list of places to go with my family. One of the employees treated us very rudely and unprofessionally today, in a manner that cannot be tolerated. It used to be a favorite place for us, as we all love books, but the way they treat children and families with children is unacceptable.
