Dr Leggett is an amazing Dr. It is awkward sometimes because there are pregnant pauses where you don't know what he wants you to say, but, he is great with the meds and really cares. His receptionist is rude, curt and I reckon after this morning can get away with YELLING at the patients because that is just what she did to me. I called her on her rude behavior, told her I had others that backed me up and she layed into me, yelling at me to the point my husband could hear her through the phone. I do not feel my *PRIVATE* messages ever make it to Dr Leggett. I tried a new med from one I had been on for years and it was not working. I called to be put back on the 1st med and it was a big mess. Again, with her YELLING at me. I am having a certified, calm letter sent to him with all the negative reviews of her sent. It is NOT enough to make me go elsewhere BECAUSE he is THAT good and I have built a relationship, but if I acted the way she does, anywhere I had worked, I would have been given my walking papers.
