I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. LEGGETTS FOR MANY YEARS AND I CONSIDER HIM A VERY GOOD DOCTOR AND I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ON HIM AND HIS STAFF AND HIS STAFF IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO CONSIDERING THE PATIENTS THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH AND ALL THEIR ISSUES I DO NOT FIND THE RECEPTIONIST RUDE IN ANY WAY SHE HAS GONE OUT OF HER WAY TO SEE THAT I AM HELPED EVERYTIME I HAVE FREQUENTED THEIR OFFICE SO I BELIEVE IT TO BE THE RUDE PATIENT NOT THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST BOTH GO HAND IN HAND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, DR LEGGETT YOUR ARE EXCELLENT more

Dr Leggett is an amazing Dr. It is awkward sometimes because there are pregnant pauses where you don't know what he wants you to say, but, he is great with the meds and really cares. His receptionist is rude, curt and I reckon after this morning can get away with YELLING at the patients because that is just what she did to me. I called her on her rude behavior, told her I had others that backed me up and she layed into me, yelling at me to the point my husband could hear her through the phone. I do not feel my *PRIVATE* messages ever make it to Dr Leggett. I tried a new med from one I had been on for years and it was not working. I called to be put back on the 1st med and it was a big mess. Again, with her YELLING at me. I am having a certified, calm letter sent to him with all the negative reviews of her sent. It is NOT enough to make me go elsewhere BECAUSE he is THAT good and I have built a relationship, but if I acted the way she does, anywhere I had worked, I would have been given my walking papers. more

Dr. Legget has been very helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable in helping my family through some sad and difficult times. It is sad to say that his receptionist is could not be more rude and obnoxious, impatient, and short with me whenever I call with questions regarding the care, my billing issues or for an appointment. I have never spoken to a Doctors receptionist that was more inconsiderate than this woman. I cannot believe she is working with the public or more so working with people that are in need. I chose Dr. Leggett because I perfered a Christian doctor. I saw him for several months and felt he was truly interested in me and helping me feel better and I felt comfortable with him. The reason I decided to find another doctor is because of Dr. Leggetts receptionist at the time. Each time I was there she was rude, curt, and disrepectful to me while making appointments for my next visit. I talked with Dr. Leggett about this and he said this is always something we are striving to improve on. However, her behavior did not change and she continued to be rude and disrespectful. When I had my last visit and was treated the same way I decided not to return and found another doctor who told me he had heard the same thing several times. Its sad when one must decide not to continue with a doctor whom they like because the receptionist was allowed to continue to treat patients in this way. The person greeting and handling patients appointments and questions is an important part of the patient being comfortable in this setting. I would like Dr. Leggett to contact me as well as the other patients who have stated Michelle, his receptionist is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and down right hateful. I think Dr. Leggett owes ALL of us an explanation as to why he allows this person to continue to work in his office. I even had my present doctor tell me he has heard about her behavior MANY times.
