The office staff is very friendly as long as you are friendly to them. Barry Berolette N.P. is a little scattered some days but he really does try to help and do his best. Dr. Fitzgerald is kind but he is a little bit of a hippy at heart which I LIke. My brother did have a bad experience he forgot his appointment they called him when he was late. I thought that was nice instead of charging him a late fee. He was angry because he had to rush and leave work and Barry has supposedly written his presciption wrong twice,but I have been seeing Barry & Dr. Fitzgerald longer and I have never had a problem. The office staff is easy going once again as long as you are nice to them. I do like the group as a whole and would recommend them.
