Rude rude rude. Spoke to a customer service rep Friday afternoon on 8/26, and not only did she sound like she couldn?t give a rat?s behind about my concern, but she also sounded like she couldn?t WAIT to get the hell off of work. Absolutely amazes me for someone in a customer `care? position to have her attitude.
But Pedernales is the only electric company there is, so it?s not like we can switch to another provider if we get CRAPPY customer service.
She should thank her lucky stars she has a job. And unfortunately I did not get her name. But I definitely will be asking next time.
