I wouldn?t consider myself an easy customer.I was meticulous and did a lot of research. I visited every damn dealership in the area, repeatedly. Renee was the ONLY SALESPERSON that actually really cared about helping me. He knew I was tired and worn out from visiting other dealerships and was actually able to predict what sales tactics he would use but Renee went above and beyond, every step of th...e way.
I spent over 4 hours with this guy and I have never met a more honest, straightforward salesperson. He never hesitated to show me information or give me things in writing. He even asked me why I wanted certain features on the car, and for some of them, told me not to waste my money. He gave me advice too, describing how he takes care of his credit and how to refinance.
All in all, Renee got me the best price and the best possible service in Austin, and offered the best experience at the same time. He stayed after hours with me (I?m on a weird schedule) and even gave me a bunch of local restaurants he thought I?d enjoy (I?m new to the area). I would recommend you educate yourself (which you should do before entering any dealership) and make calling Renee your first stop.
