Well, to begin with, I've tried EVERYTHING!....joined gyms....and never followed through.....signed up for all diet programs you can think of (at least once!) and/or purchased every diet book on the planet. I hated to exercise, had no idea what to do when I attempted to exercise....and had no motivation to continue working at it. Then, one day, I saw an ad in the local paper for Get in Shape for Women.
