I made an appointment with Dr. Effron on July 1, 2011 for Aug. 15th, 2011 at 2:10pm. I had no reason to believe my appointment was cancelled. I received no confirmation call from the office, and certainly did not cancel the appointment. I drove the hour to get to the Anaheim office and arrived at 1:51pm. At 2:07pm I was informed by a very uncaring and condesending office worker that they didn't have me on the schedule. That my appointmen had been cancelled. I assured her that I did not cancel nor received any calls but the best that she could do was to ""try and fit me in"" as if she were doing me a favor when it was their fault! She said it would be 45 minutes. Because it is a 2 hour round trip to that office, I decided to wait even though I was furious. After and hour, I told them I was leaving. It was becoming obvious that she was going to make me wait as long as possible. It would be different if it was my fault, but the fault was all on the office and I was being punished for their incompetence. After I got home, I received and email from the office manager saying that she confirmed I was not on the call list to confirm appointments and said I could reschedule. I would not waste my time again to go back there and would not recommend them to anyone. Ever.
