RIPOFF!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE. I took my van here because it was overheating, and they charged me $900 for a complete radiator/coolant/hosese/thermostat replacement, but they didn't change the freeze plugs, so MY VAN STILL OVERHEATS. they refused to help me, and now want to charge me another $300!!!
Avoid this horrific, incompetent, rude shop. Go instead to McCollum's Automotive, Foreign Affairs, as they treat female customers right.
DO NOT GO TO MAC'S UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND ON REPAIRS NOT DONE, AND EXTRA TIME TO SPEND ARGUING ABOUT IT.
By the way, I'm handy, and have replaced batteries, tires, alternators, serpentine belts, all sorts of stuff on cars. I KNOW WHEN I'M BEING SCREWED. I've actually worked in automotive shops and repair shops before.
