I called the SteamTeam after getting horrible results from a different company. Our light-beige staircase carpet was caked with years of dirt and ground-in soap from the previous ""cleaning"". The initial efforts by SteamTeam resulted in vastly improved appearance of the carpet. But as the carpet dried, I began to notice a missed area on the first step, and then a slight dinginess on the first three steps as the carpet dried completely. I called SteamTeam and explained the situation. They immediately scheduled a re-do. Rueben came and got the rest of the dirt out of the carpet. Now the entire staircase carpet looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism!
