I have a Panasonic VHS/DVD-R that wasn't working for me, and after speaking with Debbi on the phone, she told be I could drop it off and they would take a look at it and let me know what the estimate would be IF it was repairable and BEFORE they did any work. I left it at their house (near I-95 and Jones) in the middle of the afternoon and they called me the next morning to let me know that it was working perfectly, just needed some settings changed between the new remote and the player. They even went the extra mile to download a .pdf file of the complete operating manual and emailed it to me! They could have easily told me that they had to replace some expensive component or circuit board and charged me for it, and I would not have known any better. As it was, they charged a minor amount for their diagnosis time, cleaned up my player and I was able to pick it up the next day. I appreciate their courtesy, honesty, and good communications with me. Nothing was left to chance and I will certainly utilize their expertise again in the future! You will NOT find any other repair services that are better here in Las Vegas. They will come to you for service on larger items and I highly recommend their services. Thank you Burkes Electronics!
