I am rating this company an A+++++. They were able to repair my television at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. Milton knowledge and expertise is just amazing. His wife Debbi is so personable and honest. 2009 Mitsubishi that would not come on. Found the power supply defective. Repaired board and charged me a very reasonable price and spent 2 hours and got the job done. I was only separated from my television for the weekend. Thanks for all your good work. I have never met a person with so much knowledge of electronics. The tech not only knowledgeable but with a sense of humor. Needless to say I highly recommend this company. He repaired my Pioneer Tv when no other shop could. It took him a little extra time, but now I have my 65 inch tv working very well. I see there is a few bad remarks, but I never saw anything that I would object to. He works with what he has to work with and does a good job at that and his pricing is awesome. I have a Panasonic VHS/DVD-R that wasn't working for me, and after speaking with Debbi on the phone, she told be I could drop it off and they would take a look at it and let me know what the estimate would be IF it was repairable and BEFORE they did any work. I left it at their house (near I-95 and Jones) in the middle of the afternoon and they called me the next morning to let me know that it was working perfectly, just needed some settings changed between the new remote and the player. They even went the extra mile to download a .pdf file of the complete operating manual and emailed it to me! They could have easily told me that they had to replace some expensive component or circuit board and charged me for it, and I would not have known any better. As it was, they charged a minor amount for their diagnosis time, cleaned up my player and I was able to pick it up the next day. I appreciate their courtesy, honesty, and good communications with me. Nothing was left to chance and I will certainly utilize their expertise again in the future! You will NOT find any other repair services that are better here in Las Vegas. They will come to you for service on larger items and I highly recommend their services. Thank you Burkes Electronics! more

This is my second time using Burkes and what a pleasure its been. I bought a flat screen Vizio for my son about a year or so ago. He was watching his favorite show and the unit went pop and no picture or sound. I had not purchased an extended warranty so the repair was on me. I took it to Burkes and within several hours the tv was up and running. The price for this quick service was worth it. They charged me $125 to repair and my son is happy. I brought my Plasma and LCD to the shop for repair. It was obvious that they were doing some re-organization and was a little dirty. Nevertheless I left my two items there with them. The estimates on both units were very reasonable and offered a fair turn around time for the repair. I was very pleased that they were able to repair both my units that were only a couple of years old. more

Wow what a fine business I found at Burkes Electronics I will always bring my Vizio back if it ever has another problem they were very friendly to me. It made me very sad to hear about that extortionist that has been lying on reviews in the internet . more

Terrible!! I dropped the TV myself, they worked out of the back of their house, what they call the office is a pig sty!! Dirty, stuff all over, really disgusting. Left the TV anyway thinking they would not charge much.It took them a week to get to it, they wanted too much. Went back to pick up TV, same filth. When I got it, none of the screws they removed were there,I wanted the screws back. They were not happy and said I was going to get rid of the TV anyway, NOYB I said. Made me wait 15mns and still got only half of the screws, could not find them in that mess. How hard is it to put screws in a plastic bags and tape it to each appropriate TV?? Bunch of hillbillies, gross & rude. DON'T GO THERE!! more

Not really happy w/service.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owners must have written the 5 star reviews themselves.. Tried to fix set, couldn't. Wanted to sell other set to me but didn't have all the money needed & business is business; not willing to wait for rest of payment.. So, not sure if the repairman thought I copped an attitude but attitudes did change (I was upset) but I was a customer & they are always right... IMO.. Called shop about 2:pm; got answering machine.. Wonder Why? more

This shop was courteous when I called in. They set up an appointment in a reasonabe time. They arrived 5 mins late (no big deal). They performed their job to repair my Mitsubishi 1080 tv.
