American Air did my furnace and air conditioning, and they're a 5+. I'm a tough customer, and Jim has blown me away with how direct, down to earth, and honest he is. There is no fluff sales pushes with him, he's just genuine and extremely professional. He told me all my options, and he was never out for the buck, he was always out for what would get the job done. He was always very punctual about returning calls, and he reached out to use when we had forgotten to get back to him. He wasn't meddlesome about it either, just very professional.
When Jim had his worker Devon come out, he was just second to none! Again, he was professional, thorough, timely, and I would be thrilled to recommend him. I was delighted that they were not looking to take advantage of me, as I'm very much in the grey when it comes to these kinds of things, and yet they gave me the whole score and made it very easy and straightforward.
