I own a Volkswagen and have difficulty finding people/places that will replace a dead battery. As far as I know, Boyer's is the only place in town that will do this kind of work without hesitation. Boyer's told me over the phone that they would be happy to work on it, and just to bring it in and they would be able to fix the problem. These are words of great comfort to someone who knows little about cars, has an emergency, and needs to get to work. When I brought my car in, they remembered our phone conversation from the following day, a brilliant act of customer service. They were very kind, and answered all of my questions, even the type that a person with mechanic skills might normally scoff at. Within 20 minutes, my car was fixed, cleaned, and ready to go. Fast, friendly, and fair. The best three words I can think of to describe Boyer's 66.
