Boyer's 66 Svc Station

I own a Volkswagen and have difficulty finding people/places that will replace a dead battery. As far as I know, Boyer's is the only place in town that will do this kind of work without hesitation. Boyer's told me over the phone that they would be happy to work on it, and just to bring it in and they would be able to fix the problem. These are words of great comfort to someone who knows little about cars, has an emergency, and needs to get to work. When I brought my car in, they remembered our phone conversation from the following day, a brilliant act of customer service. They were very kind, and answered all of my questions, even the type that a person with mechanic skills might normally scoff at. Within 20 minutes, my car was fixed, cleaned, and ready to go. I highly recommend Boyer's 66. I've lived in Stillwater for 25 years and I haven't found any place that comes close to the service that you get at Boyer's 66. Boyer's repairs your car right the first time so that you don't have to keep taking it back. They let you know what is wrong and what it will cost before they make the repairs. They are easy to get in touch with and are happy to answer your questions. I spent almost a year and a lot of money trying to get my car repaired from my dealer's service department, then I took it to Boyer's and they had it fixed in 30 minutes! more

My husband and I had to use Boyers 66 Towing, which we will never do again. The driver ran our car into a fence, and then tried to refuse to pay for the damages. While trying to work something out, the driver used severely profane language when addressing myself and my husband. The owner, Mr. John Boyer seemed satisfied with the way we were treated, and did not want to pay for the damages, but reluctantly did so once we brought our estimate to him with $500.00 worth of damages done to our car. Although they finally did pony up and pay for their mistake, getting there was not easy, and we were degraded and insulted the entire time.
