On the outside this appears to be a nice hospital, and I was attracted to the 7 days a week care. However, using them for a year and a half I have been consistently disappointed with their service. The care the receive is adequate; however, it is easy to find "adequate" care but here you will be paying a premium care rate. Moreover, the vet and staff never instills confidence in me.
