Fast courteous service 11/30/2015

When I called to have the oil changed in my 2011 Chevy Traverse they got me in quickly and I was able to watch the Apple cup on TV while they did the work. more

Brooks Biddle replaced at their expense and never mentioned again a transmission and motor mounts as well as a brand new battery. They gave me a fair price for what I consider a collector's item. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. more

Good reputation over the years 10/31/2015

One thing I asked for was to have the odor in the car addressed. It was still smelling the same when I picked it up after it was detailed. That was disappointing! But everyone was friendly. Still hope I can bring car back in and have the odor taken care of!! more
