This is the most unprofessional experience i have ever encountered. Hired for a wedding, the company had booked a second event later that evening, and refused to pull over to allow passengers to use a bathroom (on a 2 hour trip from church to reception). Which pales in comparison to the fact that when they realized they might not make the second event in time, the stopped the limo and forced the wedding party out 20 minutes away from the destination. An attempt to contact the owner received only the reply, "What do you think, that you're the most importqnt bride in the world?", then hung-up and would not answer any more calls. Please save yourself a headache and stay away from this company.
