My son and his buddies booked a stretch Hummer for 6 couples headed for the Senior Prom. Everything was confirmed the week before. They collected money and eagerly anticipated their luxury ride. The car was supposed to show up by 5:00 PM. When they called to check at 4:55, they were told the limo was on the way. When they called again at 5:15, they were told there was no driver available and panic ensued as we scrambled to get them to their prom. How much more unprofessional can you get? more

Wedding limo 11/21/2011

Gorgeous Wedding When I first started looking for limos I had visited many limo companys and no other company was as impressive as Sunset Limousine Service. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The drivers took care of all the girls and also took care of me. I was very nervous and almost panicky, the driver talked to me and assured me that eveerything would be great.. it doesnt seem like much but a couple words of encouragement worked wonders on my nerves. All in all it was a great experience and I would recomend them to everyone I know. more

Night on the Town 9/20/2011

Sunset Limo is the way to travel! I have used them several times for nights on the town! The service has always been outstanding. The drivers are prompt and courteous and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company. more

Always a fun LNO with Sunset! 9/19/2011

We have used Sunset Limo Service on 3 occasions for a LNO (Ladies Night out). The limo buses are always in excellent condition! Stocked with ice for us too! On every occasion we have found the drivers to be very patient and accomodating to the 10-18 ladies that were on their Limo Bus. All 3 times we cruised into Boston for a busy night with lots of fun stops. The drivers even had some great suggestions for us. The limo was always waiting for us out front of each stop or a phone call was made and the driver was right there for us. I would highly suggest this company for great, friendly service and reasonable prices. more

Worst limo service ever 8/21/2011

This is the most unprofessional experience i have ever encountered. Hired for a wedding, the company had booked a second event later that evening, and refused to pull over to allow passengers to use a bathroom (on a 2 hour trip from church to reception). Which pales in comparison to the fact that when they realized they might not make the second event in time, the stopped the limo and forced the wedding party out 20 minutes away from the destination. An attempt to contact the owner received only the reply, "What do you think, that you're the most importqnt bride in the world?", then hung-up and would not answer any more calls. Please save yourself a headache and stay away from this company. more
