Things must have changed since the last few reviews. I made contact with Stewart Staffing through CareerBuilder. When I received a phone call from the recruiter to set up an appointment I was excited. I was told that I would receive an email with directions and an application package so that I could download the paperwork and fill it out before my interview. This was to move things along faster. I received no email, I had to call and remind her to send it -- she said she forgot. I went to the interview and was told I would receive a call later that day. Nothing. I figured she was busy so I called the next day. While speaking with her I was told there might be an additional position available. I was excited. I was told I would receive a call the next day. NOTHING!!! I was never called to set up an interview or schedule for the first position the company called me on, even though she said she would call me the same day I had the interview. It's hard to find a job, but I am sure I could do this job better than she is doing it. I am certain I could provide better client/customer service than I am getting from her . You can not present yourself has a professional recuriter for a large company and just say "oops, I forgot" all the time. I think the company should at least buy her a calender, a pen, and a notebook -- maybe that will help her to remember her phone calls, emails, and appointments!!!
