Things must have changed since the last few reviews. I made contact with Stewart Staffing through CareerBuilder. When I received a phone call from the recruiter to set up an appointment I was excited. I was told that I would receive an email with directions and an application package so that I could download the paperwork and fill it out before my interview. This was to move things along faster. I received no email, I had to call and remind her to send it -- she said she forgot. I went to the interview and was told I would receive a call later that day. Nothing. I figured she was busy so I called the next day. While speaking with her I was told there might be an additional position available. I was excited. I was told I would receive a call the next day. NOTHING!!! I was never called to set up an interview or schedule for the first position the company called me on, even though she said she would call me the same day I had the interview. It's hard to find a job, but I am sure I could do this job better than she is doing it. I am certain I could provide better client/customer service than I am getting from her . You can not present yourself has a professional recuriter for a large company and just say "oops, I forgot" all the time. I think the company should at least buy her a calender, a pen, and a notebook -- maybe that will help her to remember her phone calls, emails, and appointments!!! more

I am so completely impressed with this staffing service and Kathy Wright in particular. I had all about given up on my job search and was still stuck in my dead end job. Kathy had saved my resume from close to a year ago and called me regarding a great position. I was finally ready to make the leap and she was with me every step of the process. My anxiety was eased as I could go to her regarding questions as I was fairly new to the interviewing process. I got the offer and am on my way to a new career. I have been with Stewart Staffing since they started out and I have never gone wrong. All my positions were perfectly fit for my skills, never being put in a job with skills I could not meet, a big deal to me. Prior to a position, directions and all information were always made clear. Once I was on the job, I would receive a call from the agency asking if everything was alright. They are constantly on the job working on your behalf. more

Being unemployed is VERY difficult, especially when you have family. Stewart Staffing took the time to get to know me and what I was most interested in. Once they found a few positions for me they actually asked if I was interested. I'm used to agencies telling me what positions I will be working. Once I interviewed, Stewart Staffing was quick to follow up and even asked if this position is what I wanted. Although I was excited to even have an opportunity, I felt like I had a few options and I didn't have to settle for "work". I've been employed with their client for some time and I've been promoted twice. My family is living better than ever and my Recruiter even calls to see how things are going even though I'm no longer employed through him. more
